Shipping was quick enough, though one of the tea tins had a small dent when it arrived, probably from transit. Nothing that affected the tea inside, just a minor cosmetic thing. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the products and the service, but maybe they could add a bit more padding for delicate items.

Everything arrived intact though, and the items were well-packaged. I might order again, but I'll keep the delivery time in mind.
